THE 12 STEPS OF UNHEALTHY ANONYMOUS

Stressed out?  Are you not feeling 100% or wish you had more energy? Do you take multiple medications and spend time and effort managing your symptoms? If so, you are not alone. There is hope! This is not the next fad diet, medical craze, or magic pill. Simply, this is a proven, step-by-step process to living a happier and healthier life. 

HERE’S HOW THE UHA PROGRAM WORKS:

When you join UHA, you will receive an email with login credentials to our online content.  After going through the welcome page, it will take you briefly through the 12 Steps which are foundational to your training.  

After you have completed those 12 Steps, you will be directed to the first topic. It should take you 30 days to go through the module at an easy pace. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Modules include easy to understand segments, each containing a wealth of information.  We will lead you step-by-step through learning and mastery of each module topic. Each segment has individualized study guides and action items to reinforce your learning.

How much or how little you do in each segment is completely up to you.  We simply want you to take at least one step, even if it’s a baby step, in each segment and create a habit that will last.  

At the end of the module, there will be a test to show what you have learned.  This simple 12 question test will test your knowledge you’ve acquired and reinforce your new habits.  Our tests were created to be passed with ease, so don’t stress!

If you finish before the 30 days are up, please go through the training again.  Some say it takes 21 days to create a habit and others say 60.  We are going to assume you’re a fast learner and give you 30 days with each segment to create a lasting habit that will have a positive effect on the rest of your life. 

Every 30 days, you will receive an email link that is your passport to the next health topic.  Every month you’ll embrace a new module, packed with great information, step-by-step learning, the support community, and a reinforcing test. When you graduate, you’ll proudly display your UHA certificate of completion, and you’ll be ready for the next steps of our upcoming program.
